摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure fluid bearing device improved in reliability without seizure caused by the friction between a shaft and a hub, even if a foreign substance enters between the shaft and the hub. SOLUTION: A fluid is filled between the shaft 2 and the hub 3 rotatably supported one to the other, and between a thrust bearing plate 5 provided on the hub 3 side and the shaft 2 opposite to the thrust bearing plate 5. A dynamic pressure generating groove 6a is formed on at least either one of surfaces in the shaft 2 side or the inner peripheral surface of the hub 3 opposite to the shaft 2 to be provided with a radial bearing portion. Dynamic pressure generating grooves 7a, 7b are formed on at least either one of the thrust bearing plate or the shaft 2 opposite to the thrust bearing plate. A recess portion 11 is formed on a shaft 2c opposite to the inner peripheral surface of the thrust bearing plate 5, which collects a foreign substance 10 moving with the fluid moving from the radial bearing portion toward the thrust bearing portion. The recess portion 11 is composed of a through hole 12 formed on the shaft 2c and extending in a radial direction, and a hole 13 connected to the through hole 12 and extending in a thrust direction.
