PURPOSE: Provided is an underwater delivery system which includes a delivery bath and a supply member for purified water to perform delivery in underwater stably so that it provides an optimal environment for women to deliver a child. CONSTITUTION: The underwater delivery system comprises the parts of: a delivery bath(10) which stores purified water to deliver a child in underwater and cares women; and a purified part(40) which is placed between the delivery bath and a supply part for purified water(38) to supply purified water for purifying water supplied for the supply part and then supply the purified water for the delivery bath.
