PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the stains of a member made of porcelain enamel used for cooking utensils such as a microwave oven, an over range, a pan, a vessel. SOLUTION: Nonadhesive porcelain enamel 10 having a nonadhesive coating film 13 obtained by dispersing a nonadhesive substance 14 onto a film essentially consisting of an inorganic material is used for a heating chamber, a turntable, a plate pedestal, or the like, by which a nonadhesive coating film having hardness higher than that of fluororesins can be formed, and stains stuck to the surface can more easily be fallen off.
