PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary supporting type hose reel capable of pulling out and taking up a hose from a hose reel in a comfortable position without bending oneself. SOLUTION: The hose reel and rotary supporting type hose reel mounted to a supporting fitting capable of being rotated with a pole having a proper height as the pivot.
