PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for constructing underground beam blinding concrete, which smoothly places predetermined slope concrete by using a form corresponding to an underground beam, and reduces amounts of surplus soil and placed concrete, to thereby cut costs and shorten a construction period, and to provide the form for use therein. SOLUTION: According to the method, a form support stand is set after excavation of a site for the underground beam, then a blinding concrete form 5 consisting of a shown internal form 6 corresponding to the excavated slope surface and an external form 8 retaining a predetermined gap 7 with respect to the internal form 6, is arranged, and thereafter soil is backfilled into a gap between a rear surface of the external form 8 and the slope surface. Further, when the slope surface blinding concrete is to be placed into the gap 7 of the blinding concrete form 5, the external form 8 is pulled up as the placement of concrete proceeds, to thereby carry out stripping. On the other hand, the internal form 6 is removed after completion of placing of the slope blinding concrete, whereby plane blinding concrete being in contact with the slope blinding concrete and bottom blinding concrete are placed.
