PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for vending data consisting of a data vending device for vending data such as incoming melody and a portable radio information terminal, and to provide such data vending device. SOLUTION: The automatic incoming melody vending machine 10 is provided with a radio communication function and when a purchaser selectively designates the title of a piece of music displayed on the automatic incoming melody vending machine 10, an audition is enabled. After purchasing is determined and the purchaser puts charges into a charge collecting part 13 and keys the dial number of the destination of melody from an operating part 12, melody data stored in the memory of the automatic incoming melody vending machine 10 are transmitted from the automatic data vending machine to a portable radio information terminal 100 of the destination by radio. Besides, a message can be inputted and transmitted together with the melody data as well.
