PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a water distribution basin facility and its device capable of stably controlling the inflow of a downstream side water distribution basin without deviating the volume of water stored in both upstream and downstream side water distribution basins from operation upper and lower limited ranges. SOLUTION: The inflow to the downstream side water distribution basin 1220 is so obtained that the volume of water stored in the upstream side water distribution basin 1219 and downstream side water distribution basin 1220 are respectively kept within the range of upper and lower limited volume of water stored in both basins based on the volume of clear water to be supplied, the upper and lower limited volume of water stored in the upstream side water distribution basin 1219 and demand volume and upper and lower limited volume of water stored in the downstream side water distribution basin 1220, and the inflow to the downstream side water distribution basin 1220 is controlled by the obtained inflow.
