PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure that properly performs recording and/or repro duction of a signal for a recording medium even if the structure is miniaturized and that facilitates manufacturing. SOLUTION: The slider unit consists of a slider member that floats the travels on a recording medium at the time of recording and/or reproduction of a signal for the medium, an optical lens jointed to the slider member, and a magnetic field generating means provided on the side oppositely facing the recording medium of the slider member to which the optical lens is joined. The slider member is formed with a terminal groove that is open to the face opposing the recording medium and to the side face; and, a terminal is so formed that, by filling this terminal groove with a conductive material, it is electrically connected to the magnetic field generating means, with one end facing the outside of the slider member from its side face. |
