<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding structure for an infrared detector capable of efficiently radiating heat from a cooler expander and supporting the infrared detector with a high rigidity. SOLUTION: This holding structure for the infrared detector where a vacuum insulating vessel and a cooler are integrated, has a base and a cutout. The structure is provided with a frame adjustably mounted to the base for holding the infrared detector inserted into the cutout, a first metal block secured to the frame, a second metal block secured to the first metal block so as to put the infra-red detector between the second and first metal blocks by cooperating with the first metal block, and a third metal block adjustably secured to the base and also secured to the second metal block so as to be vertically adjustable.</p> |
