PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine with heightened refrigerating capacity by improving the ability of sealing and lubricating the sliding parts of both scroll members. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machine is provided with the fixed scroll member 27 and the movable scroll member 21 engaged with the fixed scroll member 27, and compresses refrigerant gas in a compression chamber formed between the movable scroll member 21 and the fixed scroll member 27, by driving and turning the movable scroll member 21. In this case, oil in an oil sump 41 is separately fed to the compression chamber and a bearing part of the movable scroll member 21.
