PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten crack-resistance of a panel material, to easily secure fitting strength, to reduce the number of kinds of panel frames even if the thickness of the panel material is varied, and to omit work of applying putty. SOLUTION: In this facing panel, a spring material 2 is disposed on at least one side of the panel frame 3, and a fixing nail 4 is driven from the surface 2b side of the panel material 2 toward the panel frame 3. In this facing material 1, the shaft diameter of the fixing nail 4 ranges from 1.5 mm to 1.0 mm.
