PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire detector capable of suppressing the characteristic deterioration of a fire monitoring function by satisfactorily suppressing the entrance of a corrosive gas into the fire detector by providing a new structure concerning the fire detector installed in the space of an adverse environment. SOLUTION: In the fire detector 1A, each of light receiving glass 13, glove 15 and mold cover 17 is assembled to an upper cover 11 while having air tightness and forms a sealed space (first sealed space) SPA and the fire detector has a detector unit 10A storing detecting sensor parts 12a and 12b and a main circuit board 18 or the like in this sealed space SPA and an attaching base 21, to which the detector unit 10A is assembled while having air tightness and a sealed space (second sealed space) SPB is formed, storing a circuit component 19 such as lightning protector in this sealed space SPB and these detector unit 10A and attaching base 21 are constituted attachable and detachable.
