PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical operation of an adsorbing type freezer machine having four adsorbing devices. SOLUTION: Under a normal operation mode, the state of the adsorbing type freezer machine is changed over in sequence of a first state (I)→a second state (II)→a third state (III)→a fourth state (IV)→a fifth state (V)→a sixth state (VI)→a seventh state (VII)→an eighth state (VIII)→the first state (I). Under a high load operation mode and a low load operation mode, the state is changed over in sequence from the fourth state (IV)→the seventh state (VII)→the eighth state (VIII)→the third state (III)→the fourth state (IV). Under an extended operation mode, the state is changed over in sequence from the first state (I)→the third state (III)→the fourth state (IV)→the fifth state (V)→the seventh state (VII)→the eighth state (VIII)→the first state (I).
