PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit that informs mobile phones about a URL in order to simplify access from the mobile phones to desired home pages. SOLUTION: The URL report unit for mobile phone is provided with a telephone network control means that replies a call incoming to a telephone number acting as a reception window, an electronic mail network connection means for transmitting an optional electronic mail to an optional mail address, a URL recording section that stores URLs, a telephone number/mail address conversion means that acquires a telephone number B of a caller at the arrival of the incoming call and converts the telephone number B into a mail address D assigned to the mobile phone of the telephone number B, and an electronic mail transmission means that reads one or more URL from the URL recording section in response to the incoming call from the caller telephone number B, generates an electronic mail in which the URL described in the hyper text form is included and transmits the electronics mail to the mail address D with an electronic mail network connection means.
