PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the controllability from being lowered even if the engine rotating speed or the like is changed with running of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This control device has a pulse signal generating means for generating a pulse signal with running of the vehicle, a filter output generating means taking a pulse signal as a virtual reference input and generating a filter output y(n) according to a filter coefficient wi (n) a driver driven according to the filter output y(n), an error detecting means for detecting an error between the driver output generated with drive of the driver and the ideal output and generating an error signal e(n), and a filter coefficient updating means for updating the filter coefficient wi (n) according to the pulse signal and the error signal e(n). Sampling in the error detecting means is preformed at fixed time interval.
