PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image movement correction performance from being deteriorated since the output of an averaging part 2 is not stabilized for prescribed time after the power of an imaging apparatus switched on and the reference for performing correction becomes unstable. SOLUTION: The output of an averaging part 2 is stored in a storage part 3 when the power of an imaging apparatus is interrupted and a correction signal generation part 5 generates a correction signal by the signal of the storage part 3 when the power of the imaging apparatus is switched on. Thus, the stable correction of image movement can be started just after the supply of power to the imaging apparatus and stable performance can be secured.
