PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize satisfactory temperature characteristics and sufficient sensivity for a temperature compensation-type diode rectifying circuit for high- frequency level controller, in the output control high-frequency amplifier of a high frequency transmitter. SOLUTION: A rectifying diode D1, a compensation diode D2, a dropping resistor R1, a stable resistor R2 and a directional coupler D-CO are connected to a DC input voltage UIN, so that the voltage amplitude of a high-frequency output signal REOUT which is reducingly connected is added to the DC input voltage UIN, for stabilizing the rectifying voltage of the temperature compensating-type diode rectifying circuit, with respect to the influence of a temperature in a permitted temperature range. The dropping resistor R1 of the rectifying diode D1 is arranged between a charging capacitor C1 and rectifier output OR. The DC input voltage UIN is stabilized, which is slightly larger than the voltage two times a threshold voltage UT of the diodes D1 and D2.
