<p>A cylinder servomotor, having precision applications, comprises a cylinder servomotor body including a servomotor with rotor and stator and an axially movable ball screw shaft connected with the rotor shaft of the servomotor through a ball screw nut; a rotation detector for detecting the angular position of the servomotor; and control means for controlling the rotation detector and the servomotor. The cylinder servomotor, the rotation detector and the control means are formed integrally so that there may be no need for on-site connections between the cylinder servomotor, the rotation detector and the control means.</p> |
