<p>A method of creating uniform adhesive layers between laminated optical panels comprising providing at least two optical panels spaced apart by spacers between the panels (112, 114) in to a panel reservoir in fluid communication with a reservoir of adhesive, and injecting adhesive into the bottom of the panel reservoir until each gap is filled (118). A further method includes providing black pigment by sonicfication of black felt marking pins to recover black pigment having a fine particle size of 0.05 microns (310B), adding an epoxy resin (320), placing a filter epoxy mixture into a tilted reservoir (340), inserting a lower edge of each panel into the lower side of the reservoir and then lowering the upper edge until the panel rests on the tilted reservoir bottom or on previously placed panels to form a laminated optical panel.</p> |
