A compound represented by the general formula (I), a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate or solvate thereof. In said formula A is optionally substituted 3-sulfamoylphenyl, optionally substituted 2-thienyl, etc.; R10 is hydrogen or optionally substituted lower alkyl; R11 is hydrogen, halogeno, or hydroxy; R12 is hydrogen, halogeno, or nitro; R13 is hydroxy, optionally substituted lower alkoxy, optionally substituted lower alkylamino, etc.; R14 is hydrogen, halogeno, nitro, etc.; and R15 is hydrogen, halogeno, or hydroxy. The compound (I) has an excellent antagonistic effect on a CRF receptor. Therefore, it is expected to be a preventive or remedy for, e.g., diseases to be caused or worsened by a CRF.
