PURPOSE: A cool plaster cast is provided to supply an air transmitting layer, which plays a role of a ventilator between the skin and a plaster cast, to fix the plaster cast to the body fast and to make the side effect by the plaster cast to minimum. CONSTITUTION: The cool plaster cast includes an air transmission supporting layer hole(1) and an air transmission supporting portion(2). The space for air transmission is secured between the skin and the plaster cast. The air transmission supporting portion(2) wraps the skin and helps the air to be contacted with the skin. The heat rash and the skin disease, which are generated in using the existing paster cast, are prevented. The problem of the rise in medical expenses, which is generated by cutting the plaster cast and putting it, is solved and all side effects are solved.
