PURPOSE: A method for applying mileages of a member using the Internet is provided to activate travel business by providing mileages on an impression of a traveler recorded on a notice board of a travel site to a traveler, thereby leading travelers to visit the web site. CONSTITUTION: A web client connects to a web server and makes a request for mileage data(S100). The client judges whether an evaluation of the client(S101). A web server transmits a message for rejecting to receive the result evaluated(S102). It is checked whether the data are already evaluated(S103). A script program transmits the result to a database server(S104). The database server stores the result(S105). A scripter makes a request for the result of relevant data to the database server(S106). The server transmits the result to the web server(S107). It is checked whether the number of reference is above a determined value(S108). It is checked whether an evaluation period is passed(S109). A CGI(Common Gateway Interface) sets a parameter(S110). The CGI calculates value marks(S111). The scripter transmits the value marks to the database server(S112). The database server stores the value marks(S113). It is checked whether all data are examined(S114).
