PURPOSE: A system for installing and operating a space time capsule is provided to enable the participant to recording digital information on the participant's memories in a space time capsule, and to enable the participant to output the information loaded to the capsule through a computer. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) provides information on operational plans and participations on a web site and collects participants. A participant database(13) stores information on conditions and specific code numbers of participants. A fund management system manages entry fees of the participants. An article built-in time capsule receipt system for articles built in time capsule receives mementoes and information of the participants to be built in the time capsule. A spacecraft manufacturing and launching support system manufactures and launches a spacecraft with the support of the fund management system. A capsule is reminded of the mementos of the participants. |
