PURPOSE: To enable the efficient use of accumulated heat, by preventing the quantity of accumulated heat from running short at the time of air-conditioning operation on the next data even if the air-conditioning operation is canceled, and besides, suppressing the use of surplus power caused by the excessive accumulation of heat. CONSTITUTION: An ice storage type heat source unit, which has a heat source apparatus 1, a heat storage tank 3 connected to that heat source apparatus 1, and a water level sensor 10 for measuring the quantity of accumulated heat by detecting the water level of that heat storage tank 3, and performs regenerative operation and air-conditioning operation, utilizing the accumulated heat, is equipped with an operation panel which has a menu screen for setting the times of start and finish of the regenerative operation and the times of start and finish of air-conditioning operation, and it is possible to cancel the setting of the times of start and finish of the air-conditioning operation, and to set a specified quantity of accumulated heat from the operation panel.
