PURPOSE: An apparatus working with combustion gas energy is provided to maximize an electroanalysis efficiency with the same electric energy without using an additional transformer for decompression by constructing a number of flat plate cells in series at a uniform interval. CONSTITUTION: A gas generating unit(50) has a number of flat plate cells(51) fixed in series at a uniform interval for electroanalysis of water, a gas exhausting path(52) over the cells(51) and electrolytic water path(53) under the cells(51). An electrolytic cell(100) has radiators at the outer walls, a drain hole at the lower end of one side, an electrolytic tank(105) over the gas generating unit(50) filled with electrolytic water and having a gas guide(106) in the upper part, a gas outlet(107) over the gas guide(106), an electrolytic water inlet(108) at the other side form the gas outlet(107) and a liquid level flowmeter(109) for displaying the amount of water contained in the electrolytic tank(105).
