PURPOSE: An Internet lottery system capable of advertising is provided to increase the effect of an advertisement by sending Internet bills to an e-mail address, and by providing gifts to a visitor in compensation for visiting the site. CONSTITUTION: An address of a web site and a lottery number are printed on handbills. An advertisement site of a company is programmed in a homepage of the web site. The handbills are distributed to an unspecified number of general public in real time. Winning numbers selected by the advertisement site are confirmed with the lottery number. In case that the lottery number is the winning number, the fact that the number is won on the web site. The lottery won is exchanged into a gift.
