PURPOSE: A traffic light setting structure is provided not to be shook internally by an external impact, to reinforce a joint strongly, to keep the strength of a post pipe twice as much as a general post pipe, to reduce working expenses without plenty of equipment consuming much electric power and many hardships and not to cause a traffic obstruction by execute work rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A traffic light setting structure fixed by a fitting instrument for a post pipe and a beam comprises: a fitting instrument of a beam(3) and a beam(2); a link(6) connecting and supporting a rack(5) and a fixture(7) by forming a screw groove for fitting the rack on the top end of the outer top end fitted with the beams and forming a bolt on the lower end of the rack to connect and to fit the rack with the screw groove; a working instrument on installation of a beam seat(40) on the outer top end of a post pipe(1) and a lower end(30) of the post pipe; a bolt formed and fitted to a joint when installing the beam seat on both sides of the upper top end of the post pipe; and an auxiliary pipe interposed in the lower end of the post pipe.
