<p>A control device for a single-phase A.C. motor which has at least a first and a second coil coupled out of phase with each of the others, a lead connection, a first and a second coil connection for the first and second coil, respectively, of the A.C. motor, a control element and a current supply element which supplies the electrical energy for the control element, is improved so that it can operate without introducing an additional neutral conductor. When the control element is inactivated, the current supply element operates on a first potential difference between the lead connection and a coil connection associated with the switch element, which is open in the inactivated state, and when the control element is activated, the current supply element operates on a second potential difference between said lead connection and said coil connection.</p> |
