PURPOSE: A system for providing video information on real property on the Internet and a system for contract payment are provided to supplement databases, and to transmit supplementary data to a user by constructing video information and text databases, and by enabling the user to search a product from the databases and to make a request for additional data. CONSTITUTION: A database is composed of all sorts of video information(1). A registrant forms necessary information and registers the information with additional information(2). A user searches a result through a keyword(3). The user checks the result searched and makes a request for searching additional data. Contents of the request are transmitted to a person in charge. The person inputs the data(4). The data are stored in a database and transmitted to the user. The user estimates information of a product and writes out a provisional contract(5). In case that the registrant wants to make a contract with the user, the registrant applies for authenticating the contract(6). In case that the user and the registrant authenticate the contract, the contract is authenticated(7). The payment is performed through a payment way selected from the provisional contract(8).
