PURPOSE: A large-sized LCD device with a driver of a simple structure is provided to manufacture a low-priced drive system by reducing the number of drive IC(Integrated Circuit). CONSTITUTION: The same signal voltage is applied to a multitude of signal lines of an adjacent pixels displaying the same color. A screen is composed of two or more LCD panels(100). Scan lines of each LCD panel(100) are connected with a scan line connection portion(50). Signal lines of each LCD panel(100) are connected with a signal connection portion(60). The voltage of common electrodes of each LCD panel(100) is controlled independently.
