PURPOSE: A headphone/earphone with a music listening function and a communication function is provided to perform simultaneously an audio function for listening the music and a communication function connected with a cellular phone by using a remote controller for switching an audio mode and a communication mode. CONSTITUTION: A cassette jack(4) and a headphone/earphone jack(5) are inserted into a cassette and a headphone/earphone, respectively. The cassette is operated by pushing a play button of a remote controller(3). The remote controller(3) has the play button and a communication button. Music is outputted by a receiver(1). A bell sound of a cellular phone is outputted through the receiver(1). An audio mode is switched to a communication mode by pushing the communication button of the remote controller(3). A transmission process is performed by a microphone(2).
