PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise displaying device superior in strength which can be folded and flattened. SOLUTION: In the merchandise displaying device provided with multilevel rack frames 24 on a substrate 1, each rack frame 24 is constituted by tightening a band material 4 engaged with the circular front edge of a rack material 2. The load of merchandise that acts on the rack material 2 is received by the band material 4, and a soft impression is provided by the curved band material 4. By loosening the band materials 4 and lifting up the rack materials 2 when the merchandise displaying device is delivered to a retail store or stored, it is possible to deform and flatten the rack frames 24.
