PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that recovers recyclable refuse discarded by the consuming public at a high rate of recovery. SOLUTION: With an IC card belonging to a user who offers recyclable refuse being inserted in a given slot, the recyclable refuse is put into a recovery box according to the type thereof. The inside weight of each recovery box is measured, and depending on the weight of the recyclable refuse input, given data are written into the IC card. The points that correspond to the data privilege the user to get a corresponding monetary return. |
