PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully exercise a spike effect for maintaining safety as a winter tire, and to prevent damage of a road surface due to spikes on a road not covered with snow. SOLUTION: This spike belt 9 using rubber expanding and hardening when temperature is low and contracting when temperature is high is attached in a center part groove of a ground contacting surface of the double studless tire 5. By this, spike pins protrude during traveling on a frozen road surface, and during traveling on a dry road surface, the spike belt withdraws by frictional heat for preventing road surface damage.
