PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold and retreat a girder member connected to a bumper to a noninterference position with a lifter. SOLUTION: A body frame 2 and the bumper 21 are connected by the foldable girder member 22. The bearing members 27 of the first girder member 22 located on the front side are pivotally fitted, a connecting shaft 28 is suspended between the bearing members 27, and the connecting shaft 28 and a vehicle body are connected by a link mechanism R. When the link mechanism R is rotated by a bumper cylinder 23 to move the connecting shaft 28 in the longitudinal direction, the first girder member 22 on the front side is rotated to the outside around the bearing members 27, and the girder member 22 is folded, thereby the bumper 21 is moved forward and can be retreated to the noninterference position with the vertical movement of the lifter.
