PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional tamper-evident cap device has a large width of a tamper-evident ring since hooks and stopper protrusions of the ring are provided vertically at a distance. SOLUTION: The tamper-evident cap device comprises the hooks 5 and the stopper protrusions 9 provided along approximately the same circumference on an inner periphery of the tamper-evident ring 10.
