PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a longitudinal balance of a vehicle body in a good condition so as to secure excellent traveling stability and working stability. SOLUTION: In a traveling part, a driving wheel is installed on the vehicle body frame side with its position fixed, a front half part frame forming body and a rear half part frame forming body constituting a traveling frame extending longitudinally are installed movably upward/downward and separably/ approachably mutually by means of a lifting means and a separating means, and an idler wheel is installed to the rear end part of the rear half part frame forming body. A crawler belt is wound between the idler wheel and the driving wheel arranged in front of the idler wheel, and the crawler belt winding path length can be kept constant between the lifting and separating action and the lowering and approaching action carried out mutually between the front and rear half part frame forming bodies by means of the elevating and separating means.
