HINGE STRUCTURE OF LIDDED CAP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a lidded cap so that a hinge for connecting a cap body and a lid is provided with reversing property with large opening and so that a mold for molding the cap is simple. SOLUTION: The lidded cap made of a synthetic resin comprises cylindrical outer walls of a cap body and a lid which are integrally coupled, wherein the hinge is formed to connect with the cylindrical outer walls of the cap body and the lid from a radial direction. It also comprises one or a pair of rigid main hinges including a folding groove and an elastic membrane with an approximately uniform thin thickness connected with the outside of the respective main hinges. The elastic membrane is formed to be linear with the lid open and to slightly bend with the lid closed. The rigid main hinges allow the hinge to be stably folded without a shift in position and the elastic membrane applies retroflexion ability, whereby the hinge is connected to an outer wall of the cap body or the like without forming a recess or the like.
