PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter mounting structure of four-cycle engine that prevents an exhaust pipe from being splashed with dripped oil at the time of exchanging operation of oil filters, that can take a large bank angle and that can enlarge capacity of an oil cooler. SOLUTION: On a lower part in front face of an engine case 10a of an engine 10, an oil filter 52 approximately in a cylindrical shape and the oil cooler 44 are protruded in front to be placed in parallel on the right and the left of vehicle width direction respectively. The oil filter 52 is arranged by being offset on the opposite side of a side stand 54 to a body centerline C on the right side of vehicle width direction. A gap 50 is formed between exhaust pipes 32, 32 of two and three cylinders at a lower vertical (shown by a straight line V) position of the oil filter 52 in an utilizing state that the side stand 54 is lowered to be grounded.
