PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously accomplish a driving stabilizing function, a vibration and noise preventing function, and a collision safety function. SOLUTION: To a vehicle width directional approximately central part 16c of a suspension member 16, respective front end parts 26A, 28A of a pair of left and right main connecting members 26, 28 constituting a hanger brace 20 are fixed via a bracket 22, and the rear end parts 26B, 28B of the main connecting members 26, 28 are fixed to font side members 12, 14 individually via a bracket 32. The axis diameter of each of the front end parts 26A, 28A and the rear end parts 26B, 28B of the main connecting members 26, 28 is set to be smaller than that of longitudinal intermediate parts 26C, 28C, and in the boundary on the smaller diameter side in slant parts 36, 40, corner R parts 38, 42 as shock absorbing parts are set.
