<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove harmful materials such as chlorine in a cement kiln waste gas by surely performing the removal of the harmful materials such as chlorine in a chlorine by-pass. SOLUTION: In the removing method of chlorine in the cement kiln waste gas by the chlorine by-pass 10, where chlorine in the cement kiln waste gas is removed by extracting a part of the kiln waste gas from a waste gas extracting port 3a of a waste gas passage 3C of an inlet food 3 of a kiln furnace tail, cooling the extracted waste gas to cool and solidify the chlorine in the waste gas and collecting and removing the solidified material, the chlorine is stuck to a cement green raw material and condensed by supplying the low temperature cement green raw material to the high temperature waste gas in the waste gas passage 3C, and the green raw material, on which the chlorine is stuck and condensed, is extracted from the waste gas extracting port 3a together with the waste gas.</p> |
