PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket tissue holder of a simple structure to be mounted at a sun visor in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This pocket tissue holder is provided with a rib frame (1) having a grasping part (3) to be pinched to the sun visor in the vehicle. At this time, an insertion part (2) is so formed as to be inserted into an aperture (8) of a packing film caver of the pocket tissue and is so installed that the pocket tissue may be fixed thereto.
