METHOD FOR DETECTING PATHOGENIC MICROBE BY MULTIPRIMER PCR TECHNIQUE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a plural species of pathogenic microbes by a single test alone using one tube per individual object, and to provide a method for easily identifying such pathogenic microbes as well by setting conditions so as to amplify DNA fragments differing in size for the corresponding respective pathogenic microbes. SOLUTION: This method for simultaneously detecting plural species of microspora in a test animal body comprises the following practice: a amplification treatment is performed, using a nucleic acid present in the test animal as template, with a mixed primer comprising at least two primer pairs capable of amplifying the partial domains of the respective genomic DNAs of a plural species of microspora to be detected.
