摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve shape quality of a granulated matter manufacturing by compression molding waste plastics to recycle as a chemical raw material and to reduce powdering of the waste plastic granulated matter for the chemical raw material to easily use the material for a gasifying furnace, an oil plant, a coke furnace, a blast furnace or other chemical reaction process. SOLUTION: The waste plastic granulated matter for the chemical raw material is manufactured by compression molding waste plastics containing an adhered moisture of 16 mass% or less and a total of a content ratio of a polyethylene and a polypropylene of 25 to 75 mass% at a plastic temperature of 100 to 140 deg.C by using a compression molding machine of an extrusion type to a cavity mold.</p>
