<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently separate sludge water containing no coarse particle and aggregates such as gravel from a ready mixed concrete sludge and measure the concentration of the obtained sludge in order to properly utilize the sludge water as water for kneading with low solid matter ratio. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus is provided with a hopper 1 partitioned into an upper and a lower chambers, a holding cylinder 6 installed in declined state while the lower end part side being opened and connected to the lower chamber, a stirring and carrying-out body 12 installed in the holding cylinder 6 in a rotatable manner, and a sludge water adjustment tank 19 for adjusting the concentration of sludge water discharged out an overflowing port 11 installed near the connection part to the lower chamber of the hopper. A water jetting port is formed in the sidewall of the upper chamber of the hopper 1 and a discharge port 9 is formed in the upper end port of the holding cylinder 6. The inside of the holding cylinder 6 is partitioned with a weir 16 so installed as to communicate with each other in a lower part. The stirring and carrying-out body 12 is composed of a driving shaft 13 eccentrically attached to the holding cylinder 6, a stirring mechanism part 14 formed in the lower side of the driving shaft 13, and a transporting mechanism part 15 continuously formed in the upper part side of the part 14. The sludge water adjustment tank 19 is provided with a stirring means 21 and a mean 22 for continuously measuring the concentration.</p> |
