PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type working vehicle having a function of folding down a seat and facilitating maintenance and a check or cleaning between a fender and a wheel. SOLUTION: This riding type working vehicle is provided with a machine body 2, a wheel 3 supporting the machine body 2, a fender 12 covering the wheel 3, and a seat 11 supported by the fender 12, and the fender 12 is installed on the machine side 2 so that it can be opened around its pivot shaft 15. In this way, maintenance, a check and cleaning between the fender 12 and the wheel 3 can be easily carried out. When the fender 12 is opened around the pivot shaft 15, the seat 11 supported by the fender 12 is inevitably folded down.
