PURPOSE: A biodegradable sap set is provided to supply a sap set, which is manufactured as the biodegradable resin, and to treat the used waste without the environmental pollution because it is resolved naturally by the biodegradable characteristics. CONSTITUTION: The biodegradable sap set includes a polyester resin composite with biodegradable characteristics. The mean number molecular quantity is 9,000-90,000 and the mean weight molecular quantity is 30,000-600,000. The melting point is 40-150 deg.C and the melting viscosity is 0.1-50g/10min.. The main component is aliphatic glycol and the aliphatic polyester resin is manufactured by poly-condensation after esterification. Talc or CaCO3 is added to the polyester resin composite as a strength reinforcing agent. Pressing out and injection molding are carried out in the temperature of 130-170 deg.C. |
