COMPOSITION OF AQUEOUS FIRE RETARDANT LACQUER AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD

PURPOSE: A composition of aqueous fire retardant lacquer and its preparation method are provided. The composition does not generate toxic gas or smoke in case of fire and therefore there is neither any harm to people nor environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 40-70wt. parts water soluble polyurethane resin, 5-10wt. parts mixed DMF solvent and 27-80wt. parts colloidal silica, 2-3wt. parts polyurethane emulsion as viscosity improver and 4-21wt. parts (based on weight of whole composition) aqueous acryl resin as filler and 2-7.5 wt.%, based on the total composition, fire retardant such as decarbomodiphenylether, guanidine phosphate or tetrakishydroxymethylphosphoniumchloride.
