PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiled rice-loosening and collecting mechanism that can loosen the boiled rice grains and collect the loosened boiled rice grains to the middle zone in a prescribed width with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A rotary boiled rice-loosening blade 2 is arranged at the front end of the boiled rice conveyer 1 so that it may be pivotally supported and freely rotated in the cross direction of the conveyer. Further, the rotary loosening blade 2 is constructed of two mutually opposing screws 9, 10 that are made mutually reverse toward the left side and the right side from the middle point. |
