PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strengthened packaging paper achieving the purpose of perfect recycle while achieving the purpose of strengthened structure of a packaging paper and having the cushioning effect utilizing the advantage of a crepe paper. SOLUTION: A first paper sheet 1A and a second paper sheet 2A respectively formed of a crepe paper are stuck together, and both first and second paper sheets 1A and 2A are stuck together by interposing a paper tape 3 in parallel with and at an interval on an interface whereon both first and second paper sheets 1A and 2A are stuck together.
